April 2010: Darlene Todd, CEO of T-Solutions is pleased to announce that T-Solutions was honored for the fourth straight year by the Virginia Chamber of Commerce as one of Virginia's fastest growing companies for 2010. The award was presented at the Fantastic 50 Award banquet on April 29, 2010.

March 2010: Jim Todd, President of T-Solutions is pleased to announce that T-Solutions was awarded a subcontract with an initial $76,600 purchase order from The GBS Group for services in support of The GBS Group prime contract with NAVSSES Philadelphia for services in support of the Army craft SLEP Program.

October 2009: Darlene Todd, CEO of T-Solutions is pleased to announce that T-Solutions was honored by the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce as the City of Chesapeake Small Business of the Year for 2009. The award was presented at the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce luncheon on October 1.

August 2009: Jim Todd, President of T-Solutions is pleased to announce that T-Solutions was awarded a $400,000 task order for FMS Port Engineer services under T-Solutions master subcontract with Northrop Grumman Space and Mission Systems Corp for services in support of NAVSEA PMS 326.

February 2009: Darlene Todd, CEO of T-Solutions is pleased to announce the 2009 T-Solutions "Pay it Forward" program. Each of our employees received $500 and were asked to find people in need to help with the money. T-Solutions will collect all the "giving" stories from employees and compile them in a book which will be one of our Christmas gifts to employees this year.

September 2008: Jim Todd, President of T-Solutions was honored by the United States Merchant Marine Academy Alumni Association for Outstanding Professional Achievement at a homecoming award ceremony.

July 2008: Jim Todd, President of T-Solutions is pleased to announce that T-Solutions was awarded a $34,913 task order under our Logworld GSA contract to establish a website in support of the U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Department at the Engineering Logistics Center in Curtis Bay, MD.

Jim Todd, President of T-Solutions is pleased to announce that T-Solutions was competitively awarded two prime contract task orders under our Professional Engineering Services GSA contract. The first award was an estimated $9.7 million task for Condition Based Maintenance Services in support of the U.S. Coast Guard at their Engineering Logistics Center in Curtis bay, Md. The period of performance is five years (July 2013). The second award was a $594,704 one year task to provide electronic equipment preventive maintenance development services.

June 2008: Darlene and Jim Todd announced the divestiture of all T-Solutions assets except the Port Engineer contract to The McHenry Management Group (TMMG). Mike McHenry, the former T-Solutions COO, is the CEO and owner of TMMG. All of the T-Solutions management team except Mike Phillips and Bob Keyes (VPs in the Port Engineer business practice) will transition to TMMG. Both companies will be service disabled veteran small businesses.

May 2008: Jim Todd, President of T-Solutions, announced that T-Solutions was awarded a GSA Professional Engineering Services prime IDIQ contract. This contract will provide potential government clients a contract vehicle for their engineering services requirements and we expect to use it in the future with the U.S. Coast Guard. The period of performance runs through June 2013.

April 2008: Darlene Todd, CEO of T-Solutions, announced today that T-Solutions was selected by the Virginia Chamber of Commerce for the second straight year as a Fantastic 50 winner. T-Solutions was honored as the company with the third highest Overall Growth in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Darlene and Jim Todd, CEO and President of T-Solutions, were pleased to accept the award on behalf of the entire T-Solutions family.

February 2008: Darlene Todd, CEO of T-Solutions, is pleased to announce the signing of a five year lease for 4000 square feet of additional office space in Chesapeake, VA. This new space will be the home to the President of T-Solutions and the Port Engineer contract managers and staff.

January 2008: Jim Todd, President of T-Solutions, announced that Mike Phillips rejoined our company as a Vice President and Deputy Program Manager for the East Coast Port Engineer business practice. Mike previously worked for Jim as a Port Engineer in Norfolk and was one of the original Port Engineers in the program. Chip Callan was reassigned to head our PM Solutions business practice where he will manage a number of current subcontracts and work to expand our maintenance engineering core competencies with Navy clients.

July 2007: Jim Todd, President of T-Solutions, announced that T-Solutions was a key subcontract member of a Northrop Grumman Space and Mission Systems Corp team that won the recomplete of a five year contract to provide professional support services as they relate to the life-cycle management of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. The period of performance runs through July 31, 2012. T-Solutions expects to be awarded subcontract task orders for maintenance engineering services in support of FMS cases.

April 2007: Darlene Todd, CEO of T-Solutions, announced today that T-Solutions was selected as the recipient of a 2007 Virginia Vanguard Award by the Virginia Chamber of Commerce. Alongside 50 distinguished and highly successful Virginia companies, T-Solutions was honored as the company with the highest Overall Growth in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Darlene and Jim were pleased to accept the award on behalf of the entire T-Solutions family. T-Solutions is extremely pleased to contribute to the continued economic vitality of Virginia!

October 2006: Jim Todd, President of T-Solutions, announced the signing of a T&M subcontract with Northrop Grumman Space and Mission Systems Corp to provide professional support services as they relate to the life-cycle management of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. The period of performance runs through July 31, 2007.

Darlene and Jim Todd are pleased to announce the hiring of Bob Keyes as a Vice President and Deputy Program Manager for the West Coast T-Solutions office and the Port Engineer prime contract. Bob comes from CACI and Camber where he had similar duties. We are also pleased to announce the promotion of Chip Callan to Vice President and Deputy Program Manager for the East Coast Port Engineer contract operations. Chip previously worked for Jim as a Port Engineer at AMS and joined T-Solutions in the summer of 2005 in support of our Port Engineer subcontract with program support tasks in Norfolk.

September 2006: Darlene Todd, CEO of T-Solutions, announced today the competitive small business set aside award of a 5 year, $120 million task order under our Seaport e contract, to provide the U.S. Navy approximately 140 experienced Port Engineers and support staff. T-Solutions Port Engineers will, in partnership with their assigned ship’s Commanding Officer and Navy maintenance teams, monitor, coordinate and schedule the off-ship maintenance for their Surface Combatant, Amphibious Warfare, or Mine Warfare ships. Port Engineers employed by T-Solutions and our subcontractor, Camber Corporation, will be assigned in Navy ports throughout the continental United States and overseas in Hawaii, Japan and Bahrain. The period of performance of this task order runs through September 2011.

Darlene Todd, CEO of T-Solutions, announced the modification and expansion of our current T-Solutions prime contract with the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak). Under the terms of this modification, T-Solutions will partner with Amtrak to develop a new program; the goals of which are to increase train availability while improving customer satisfaction. To accomplish these goals, T-Solutions will hire uniquely skilled maintenance engineers as Train Maintenance Managers, who will monitor, coordinate, document and schedule all maintenance requirements for their assigned trains. This innovative concept will be pioneered on the Acela fleet.

July 2006: Jim Todd, President of T-Solutions, is pleased to announce the hiring of Shane Dowling as a Vice President and Team Leader of our Amtrak RCM business practice. Shane previously worked for Jim as a Port Engineer and comes to T-Solutions from that program. Shane will work closely with Chris Wenz and assist him in the execution and expansion of the Amtrak contract as well marketing RCM to other commercial clients.

April 2006: Darlene Todd, CEO of T-Solutions, announce the signing of a T&M subcontract with BAE Systems for Hull Manager services in support of their prime contract with PEO Ships and the Cruiser Conversion Program. T-Solutions will start with one Hull Manager with expected growth to six as the program matures. The period of performance of this subcontract is expected to run into 2016.

February 2006: Jim Todd, President of T-Solutions, today announced the signing of a two-year T&M prime contract with option years to 2011 to partner with the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) in developing a comprehensive strategic maintenance management plan. A cornerstone of this plan will be the introduction of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Conditioned Based Maintenance (CBM) to Amtrak’s nationwide fleet. As a nationally recognized pioneer in RCM and CBM development, T-Solutions goal for this partnership is to significantly increase the operational availability and reliability of the passenger rail fleet, streamline nationwide fleet maintenance operations, and reduce the financial resource requirements currently necessary to support fleet operations.

January 2006: Jim Todd, President of T-Solutions announced the hiring of Chris Wenz as a Vice President and head of a newly formed Reliability Centered Maintenance business group. Chris will focus on building a business practice with both commercial (Amtrak) and government clients. Chis formerly worked for Jim at AMS in the maintenance engineering group.

Darlene Todd, CEO of T-Solutions, announced today the signing of a five year lease which will quadruple the size of the T-Solutions Headquarters while permitting the consolidation of all program management functions in one purpose-built facility. The new 4000 square foot headquarters, located at 131Hanbury Road, Chesapeake, VA is under construction and expected to be occupied in August 2006.

December 2005: Jim Todd, President of T-Solutions, announced today the signing of a subcontract with BAE Systems, Corp. for Hull Manager services in support of DDG Acquisition Program Manager. This T&M subcontract will start in January, 2006 and brings 6 Hull managers to the T-Solutions family with a period of performance that runs through 2009.

October 2005: Operation Compassion After seeing the devastation of hurricane Katrina, Darlene and Jim donated $5,000 on behalf of the employees of the company to Operation Compassion as their contribution to help feed, clothe, and shelter the victims.

June 2005: Jim Todd, President of T-Solutions, announced that T-Solutions was awarded a GSA Logworld prime IDIQ contract. This contract will provide potential government clients a contract vehicle for their logistics services requirements and we expect to use it in the future with the U.S. Coast Guard. The period of performance runs through June 2010.

May 2005: Jim Todd, President of T-Solutions announced that T-Solutions was awarded a Seaport e small business prime IDIQ contract. This important contract provides T-Solutions a contract vehicle to win competitive task order Navy work. The original period of performance extends to 31 May 2009 with options for up to six years extension to 2015.

January 2005: Darlene and Jim Todd, CEO and President of T-Solutions, are excited to announce that Michael McHenry will join T-Solutions as T-Solutions Chief Operating Officer. Mike is a retired Army Colonel with years of Logistics experience as well as significant Marketing and Proposal expertise. Mike previously worked for Jim at VSE Corporation as the head of the Marketing and Proposal Department.

March 2004: Jim Todd, President of T-Solutions, announced the hiring of Charlene Beamon as T-Solutions Chief Financial Officer. Charlene previously worked for Jim at AMS and VSE as a financial assistant.

Darlene Todd, CEO of T-Solutions, announced that T-Solutions acquired the Port Engineer subcontract assets from AMSEC. This acquisition brought 27 Port Engineers to T-Solutions. A T&M subcontract was simultaneously executed with AMS to bridge the remainder of the Port Engineer services prime contract period of performance through September, 2006.

October 2003: Jim Todd, President of T-Solutions, today announced the hiring of Bill Mercier as a Vice President and head of our Coast Guard consulting business practice. Bill formerly worked for Jim at Intermarine USA and AMS. Bill will work with the U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistic Center in Curtis Bay, MD and support the Coast Guard’s transition to an RCM based maintenance process for their legacy cutters in a T&M subcontract with CACI with a period of performance into 2008.

December 2002: Darlene and Jim Todd, CEO and President of T-Solutions are pleased to announce that T-Solutions’ first year in existence was successful and profitable. Jim was able to sign and execute a number of small consulting contracts, many of which extend into 2003.

February 2002: Darlene and Jim Todd announced the incorporation of T-Solutions, Inc. as a Virginia Corporation focused on Maintenance Engineering consulting and services.
