T-Solutions, Inc. is teamed with Serco Inc. to provide support to Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Shipyards (NSY), and Naval Industrial Base efforts for five years.

T-Solutions teamed with Serco Inc. on their recently awarded 5-year contract to provide Training and Project Support services. This partnership leverages T-Solutions’ vast knowledge and expertise in support of Training, Coaching, and Project support. T-Solutions will employ subject matter experts with shipyard managerial expertise, innovative technical, business, and interpersonal approaches to provide agile, flexible, and responsive services. We look forward to providing the shipyards with additional LEAN based performance improvement support to improve work flow, throughput and cycle times; resulting in quality products and services to its customers in the most efficient and effective manner.
